Who we are

BlindSpot Poker is a registered business name of Charles Cutbush, a sole trader in Australia (ABN 74 968 140 530). BlindSpot is a poker education app. You can contact me at info@blindspotpoker.app.

What I collect

  • Your email address, how often you play, and that you confirmed you are 18 or older.
  • If you choose to answer them, the three follow-up questions (how you try to improve, what you've paid for, and why you stopped) and whether you'd consider being a founding member.
  • Where you came from: the link tags in the web address (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, ref) and the page that referred you.
  • The country you signed up from, worked out from your IP address. Only the country is kept.
  • Basic anonymous visit statistics through Vercel Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and doesn't identify you.

Your IP address is also used briefly to stop spam and is not stored with your sign-up. If you don't give an email address, I can't add you to the waitlist.

Why

To build BlindSpot, to understand which channels bring people to the waitlist, and to email you about the app, including progress updates and when early access opens, and to answer any questions you send me.

Where it's stored

Sign-ups are stored in a Supabase database in the Sydney, Australia region. Emails are sent through Resend, and the site is hosted by Vercel. Both may process data overseas, including in the United States. I only share your details with these services so they can do that job.

I never sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing.

Your choices
